Attorney Riordan has extensive experience in business, health care and personal injury litigation in Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Kentucky. Attorney Riordan has acted as lead appellate counsel on more than 60 appeals to the appellate courts of Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, and Tennessee, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th and 8th Circuits on such issues as procedural compliance, arbitration, nonprofit status, professional liability, corporate liability, and judgment enforcement.
Real Estate Transactions
Attorney Riordan has more than 20 years experience in representing commercial leasing companies, corporate entities, and commercial and residential real estate developers in all aspects of the real estate process, from the preparation and coordination of purchase, lease, and title documentation for the closing of complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition and development of post offices, residential subdivisions, hotel and vacation properties, retail and office space, private housing alternatives on university campuses, and siting cellular towers, to the preparation and enforcement of various commercial leases, master lease agreements, and estoppel agreements.
Attorney Riordan's real estate experience extends beyond the borders of the west Little Rock and Little Rock metropolitan areas to include the booming Northwest Arkansas area and the eastern Delta region. In addition, Attorney Riordan has extensive experience providing local lender opinions on complex multi-state real eatate transactions. She has also represented multiple clients in real estate and environmental regulatory matters before the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission and the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.

In addition to acting as lead appellate counsel on more than 60 appeals to the appellate courts of Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Missouri, Attorney Riordan has extensive experience in assisting trial attorneys in crafting persuasive trial and appellate motions and briefs on such matters as health care liability, personal injury, child custody, probate, construction disputes, employment discrimination, regulatory compliance, and contract disputes.
